Welcome to Latitune™. These Terms explain how you can use the app and what to expect when you do. Latitune is operated by Kinship Colab LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a North Carolina limited liability company. By using Latitune, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use Latitune

You must be 13 years or older to use Latitune.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Accounts & households

Latitune allows shared household spaces.
Information added to a household may be visible to other household members.
Please use Latitune respectfully and in good faith.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are abusive, harmful, or violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

Latitune™, including its name, logo, mascot (Navi), user interface designs, illustrations, original content, and underlying software, are the intellectual property of Kinship Colab LLC.

What this means

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Latitune without prior written permission from Kinship Colab LLC.
You may not use the Latitune name, logo, or mascot for any purpose without prior written permission.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the app are the property of Kinship Colab LLC.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create within Latitune, such as tasks, notes, and reflections.
By using Latitune, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the app.
We will never use your content for advertising, sell it, or share it outside of what’s described in our Privacy Policy.

How AI features work

Latitune uses AI to suggest tasks, balance options, and insights.

AI suggestions do not make decisions for you
You always choose what to accept, change, or ignore

Latitune is not a medical, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice service.

Subscriptions & billing

Latitune offers:

A free tier
Optional premium subscriptions (monthly)
One-time AI credit packs

Free trial

Premium plans may include a 7-day free trial
You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period
Payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins
Credit pack purchases are one-time and non-refundable. Purchased credits do not expire

Billing is handled through Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription and purchase status.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Canceling stops future billing but does not refund past charges.

Data & privacy

Your use of Latitune is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your information.

Availability & changes

We work to keep Latitune reliable, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update features or these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of liability

Latitune is provided “as is.”

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
You use Latitune at your own discretion

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
